PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. SHIPPING: We ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Normally you should receive your order within 2-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail, 2-5 days with USPS Ground or up to 10 days with USPS Media Mail. However, in some cases USPS could delay your order for various reasons (bad weather, holidays, etc.). For this reason we ask that you wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us about a domestic order and 4-8 weeks for international orders. Whenever you order more than one item and one of them is on preorder, your order will ship once the preorder is released. I you wish to have the other items before a pre-order release date, it is best to place those orders separately. If your order is being shipped internationally, Klaatu Records is not responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or taxes. In addition to customs fees and duties, the buyer is responsible for paying taxes and duties in their country. RETURNS: We only accept returns if an item is defective and can either offer a refund or exchange for same item, unless sold out. Then you have the option to choose another release.
